Intango Is Proud to Announce a Partial Acquisition of The Leading Israeli Influencer Marketing Company, LDRS
The acquisition will allow the combination of LDRS’ ability to promote brands on Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and other social networks, with the smart optimization technologies of Intango, thus providing new possibilities on the global market.
LDRS runs large-scale influencer marketing campaigns across social media networks worldwide, combining groundbreaking technology, developed in-house, with top-notch creative concepts. LDRS’ platform of influencers is a leader in Influencer Marketing in Israel. Its customers include Samsung, L’Oreal Paris, Huawei, McCann Valley, Reuveni Pridan, Avram, Publicis, Lee Cooper, Smashbox, Reebok, Perrier, Seat, Twentyfourseven, Castro, Renuar, and others. Following this acquisition, LDRS will move to Intango’s offices in Ramat Hachayal.
Co-Founder and CMO of Intango, Felix Leshno, remarks that:
“This investment in LDRS is consistent with the vision of Intango: Offering creative technological solutions to both advertisers and owners of digital assets, and most importantly to the target audiences who consume their content. Among other things, this can be done by entering complementary fields that rely on our technological development capabilities”.
“We have identified a synergetic connection that allows us to leverage our technology to expand the range of advertising solutions that we provide to marketers and digital advertisers,” Leshno adds. “It’s a merging of strengths that allows both companies to reach additional communities and markets, and to offer entirely new advertising and marketing solutions with real added value.”
According to the CEO of LDRS, Eran Nizri:
“In a field where everyone works according to intuition and gut feelings, LDRS is based on a powerful technological infrastructure. We have developed the Google of influencers, and through it we can map out, identify and assess the influence of all the people who fill your feed on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Pinterest. Our campaigns are based on a meticulously segmented team of influencers, whose communities of followers fit like a glove to the brands that they promote. Our global vision integrates like a dream with Intango’s capabilities, which will now be our technological arms.”
