Sales Operation

We are looking for a Sales Operation to join our talented & fun Global Sales team!

About us:

Intango develops an industry leading and advanced online advertising platform, offering a variety of solutions to serve customers and business partners worldwide. We work with Fortune 300 brand marketers and top advertising agencies, mainly in the US market.

You will:

  • Manage the team daily CRM and the pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Build operational preps for preparations for conferences and manage the leads generated.
  • Coordinate between the Sales team and the operations teams in the company such as Legal, Ops, Growth teams.
  • Follow up on a high volume of new leads and generate wish-lists of potential clients.

What we’ll need:

    • Experience in similar roles (like operational or project management).
    • BA degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
    • High level in English (oral & written)
    • Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce / CRM etc. systems
    • Excellent Excel proficiency
    • Availability for calls or meetings in US time zone when needed.

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model – 3 fixed days from the office, & 2 days you can choose to WFH or from the office.
