Intango develops an industry leading and advanced online advertising platform, offering a variety of solutions to serve customers and business partners worldwide. We work with Fortune 300 brand marketers and top advertising agencies, mainly in the US market.
- Manage the team daily CRM and the pipeline of business opportunities.
- Build operational preps for preparations for conferences and manage the leads generated.
- Coordinate between the Sales team and the operations teams in the company such as Legal, Ops, Growth teams.
- Follow up on a high volume of new leads and generate wish-lists of potential clients.
What we’ll need:
- Experience in similar roles (like operational or project management).
- BA degree in Business / Marketing or related fields.
- High level in English (oral & written)
- Experience with HubSpot / Salesforce / CRM etc. systems
- Excellent Excel proficiency
- Availability for calls or meetings in US time zone when needed.
- Familiarity with the online advertising industry.

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model – 3 fixed days from the office, & 2 days you can choose to WFH or from the office.
