Director of Sales
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales to join our team and take part in our growth!
Intango develop an industry leading and advanced online advertising platform, offering a variety of solutions and serving customers and business partners worldwide.
We work with Fortune 300 brand marketers and their advertising agencies. Clients like Ebates, Amazon, and agencies like Publicis, NEO, 360i, and help them to achieve the best results using our proprietary and cutting- edge technological solutions.
You will report to our VP Sales, lead, grow, and develop a team of Sales professionals
This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned sales lead to join our growth, have lots of impact and go places with us!
- Lead and grow our Sales team, implement and improve workflows, methodologies, best practices etc.
- Set and measure goals and targets to the team according to the business’ strategy, lead the team to meet and beat goals.
- Identify and target strategic verticals and potential partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Identify, leverage, and expand business opportunities with existing clients
- Proven track record in Sales’ Director or Lead roles for B2B tech solutions in relevant industries: Online or Digital Advertising, Performance Management, Media Buying etc.
- Proven experience in growing a sales team and leading the team to measurable success.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, striving for success, goal and results oriented with “go getter” personality
- Relationship-builder with excellent communications skills, comfortable with sales cycle of more than two months and seizes the moment to close.
- Data-savvy and comfortable with technology.
- Highly independent, fast learner, efficient and organized.
- English in Mother Tongue level (oral and written).
- Willingness to travel when needed

We work in a hybrid model – 3 fixed days from the office, and 2 days you can choose to WFH or from the office.
