Supply Team Leader
About The Position
We’re looking for a strong and passionate Team Leader to join our Supply Account Management team and take part in our growth!
Intango offers an industry-leading and advanced online advertising platform, serving customers and partners around the world with highly intent-based traffic.
You Will
● Lead and grow our Supply Account Management team, implement, and improve workflows, methodologies, best practices etc.
● Lead the team to measurable success according to the business’ strategy, meet and beat goals and KPIs.
● Identify, leverage, and expand business opportunities with existing partners and build strong relationships with strategic publishers.
● Work closely with multiple stakeholders - Demand and Media Buying teams, product, R&D, business analysts, research, and more.
The person we're looking for
● 5+ years’ experience in client facing roles in the online advertising industry.
● 2+ years’ experience as a team leader of 3+ people.
● Leader and relationship-builder with excellent people and communications skills.
● Striving for success, goal and results oriented with “go getter” personality.
● Data-savvy and comfortable with technology.
● Highly independent, fast learner, efficient and organized.
● English in Mother Tongue level (oral and written).
● Strong Excel skills and experience working with BI dashboards and tools.
Important to know:
We work in a hybrid model – 3 fixed days from the office, and 2 days you can choose to WFH or from the office.
